Ten-Year Workmanship Warranty
In the unlikely event there is a defect or flaw in our workmanship during the first ten years after the installation of your heating or cooling system, Gas Appliance Service will repair or replace the affected part of the system to the highest standards.
- All duct work will remain supported or sealed, meeting or exceeding manufacturer's recommendations.
- All wall and roof penetrations will remain sealed and leak-tight.
- All gas piping installed by Gas Appliance Service will remain sealed and leak-tight.
- All venting performed by Gas Appliance Service will remain supported and will continue to meet or exceed manufacturer's specifications.
- All wiring performed by Gas Appliance Service will be of appropriate size and all connections will remain secure.
- All duct insulation installed by Gas Appliance Service will remain in place, meeting or exceeding all manufacturers' instructions.
